abstract | The invention discloses a glass instant color development process under the action of pulse laser; the process has a component expression of xB 2 O 3 ·y PbO·z SiO 2 ·18Bi 2 O 3 ·2Sb 2 O 3 Weighing a silicon-containing compound raw material, a boron-containing compound raw material, a lead-containing compound raw material, a bismuth-containing compound raw material and an antimony-containing compound raw material, and uniformly grinding to form a batch; pretreating for 1-3 h at 400-500 ℃, cooling and cutting; the cutting glass is fixed on a sample table of a pulse laser engraving machine, a picosecond or nanosecond pulse laser beam is selected to vertically irradiate the inside of the cutting glass, the power of the pulse laser beam is controlled, the pulse laser beam performs moving scanning in the cutting glass according to a set pattern track, and a three-dimensional color development pattern is directly obtained. The invention deepens the color development of the glass by increasing the content of lead in the glass components or increasing the power of the pulse laser, thereby realizing the instant color development of the glass under the action of the pulse laser. |
