titleOfInvention A kind of medicinal plant hellebore immature embryo culture method in vitro
abstract The invention discloses an in vitro culture method for young embryos of medicinal plant hellebore. Under a dissecting microscope, use a scalpel to pull out the immature embryos in the seeds, then put them into the soaking solution, and soak them for 30-40min; (3) add the immature embryos processed in step (2) into the immature embryo medium, 24-27 ℃ dark cultivation; (4) when the young embryo grows into 4-5cm seedlings, the seedlings are moved to the rooting medium, when the seedling roots are well developed, transplanted into peat soil, wherein the rooting medium is cultivated by MS base, 60-70mg/L iron salt, 0.8-1.2mg/L indole butyric acid, 2-5mg/L sodium hyaluronate. The invention provides a method for culturing young embryos of medicinal plant hellebores in vitro, which is simple to operate, can cultivate immature young embryos into seedlings, and has a high survival rate, wherein the average survival rate of young embryos can reach about 93%, The average rooting rate of seedlings can reach about 95%.
