The invention provides a graphene-loaded terahertz frequency adjustable microstrip patch antenna, comprising: a metal radiator, a graphene patch, a dielectric substrate, a grounded coplanar waveguide and a DC bias circuit; a metal radiator and The graphene patch is placed on the dielectric substrate; the grounded coplanar waveguide includes a signal line and a ground line, and a concentrated port is disposed between the signal line and the ground line; the DC bias circuit includes a high resistance line, a sector surface, two metal sheets, and polysilicon. The electrode, the high-resistance line is a quarter-wavelength microstrip line with high characteristic impedance, and the fan-shaped surface is a quarter-wavelength open microstrip line, and the metal piece is placed on the dielectric substrate and connected to the graphene patch. The other is etched on the polysilicon under the dielectric substrate, and the polysilicon electrode is inserted in the dielectric substrate. The working frequency band of the patented technology of the invention is in the terahertz frequency band, and the antenna resonance frequency can be linearly adjusted within a range lower than the initial resonance frequency. |
