titleOfInvention | Detection method for characteristic spectrum of duckweed and preparation thereof |
abstract | The invention provides a detection method of a characteristic spectrum of duckweed and a preparation thereof, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: the detection is carried out by adopting a high performance liquid chromatography, and the method comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a reference substance solution; 2) preparing a test solution; 3) and analyzing the characteristic map. The characteristic spectrum of the sample should present 7 characteristic peaks, the peak corresponding to the vitexin reference substance is the S peak, the relative retention time of each characteristic peak and the S peak is calculated, and the relative retention time is within the range of +/-8% of the specified value; the predetermined values were 0.35 (peak 1), 0.47 (peak 2), 0.72 (peak 3), 0.91 (peak 4), 1.00 (peak 5, S peak), 1.07 (peak 6), and 1.21 (peak 7). The detection method of the characteristic spectrum of the duckweed and the preparation thereof can detect vitexin, can also be used for quality detection of duckweed medicinal materials, decoction pieces, extracts and formula granules, has reliable results, and provides a new method for quality control of the duckweed granules. |
