titleOfInvention Application of metabolic marker in preparation of glioma diagnostic kit
abstract The invention discloses an application of a metabolic marker in preparation of a glioma diagnostic kit. The invention discovers that aconitic acid, pantothenic acid, suberic acid and azelaic acid can be jointly used for diagnosing glioma, and the diagnosis accuracy is high. The skilled person can develop a kit for early diagnosis of glioblastoma containing a standard of four compounds, namely aconitic acid, pantothenic acid, suberic acid and azelaic acid, for detecting aconitic acid, pantothenic acid, suberic acid and azelaic acid in a sample to be detected. The kit may also contain a standard of ketoprofen as an internal standard for detection.
