titleOfInvention Sex linkage marker and sex detection method for palaemon carinicauda
abstract The invention provides a palaemon carinicauda sex linkage marker and a sex detection method, wherein the detection method comprises the following steps: extracting the genomic DNA of the muscle tissue of the exopalaemon carinicauda, and carrying out PCR amplification reaction by taking the extracted genomic DNA as a template; purifying and sequencing the PCR amplification product; and comparing the sequencing result with the DNA sequence of the palaemon carinicauda sex linkage marker, wherein the female is obtained if the sequencing map shows a hybrid peak, and the male is obtained if the sequencing map is a single peak and is consistent with the marker sequence. The detection method provided by the invention is simple and convenient to operate, relatively low in requirements on samples, stable in identification result and free from tissue specificity and environmental influence. The genetic sex of the palaemon carinicauda can be identified conveniently, quickly and relatively accurately. Has good market application prospect.
