titleOfInvention Rubber asphalt non-curing coating and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to the field of coatings, and provides a rubber asphalt non-cured coating and a preparation method thereof. The rubber asphalt non-curing coating comprises, by mass, 30-45% of asphalt, 16-20% of rubber powder, 24-35% of softening oil, 2-4% of a flame retardant, 2-20% of rare earth butyl isoprene rubber and 6-15% of a filler. The preparation method comprises the steps of heating and stirring the components of the rubber asphalt non-curing coating. According to the rubber asphalt non-cured coating provided by the embodiment of the invention, the rare earth isoprene butadiene rubber with a specific ratio is added into the asphalt and the rubber powder, so that the crystallization capacities of the asphalt and the rubber are effectively reduced, and the rubber asphalt non-cured coating has better low-temperature resistance.
