abstract | The application relates to flame-retardant combined polyether which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-25 parts of first polyether polyol, 20-40 parts of second polyether polyol, 30-60 parts of polyester polyol, 2.5-3.5 parts of surfactant, 0.1-0.6 part of first catalyst, 0.3-1.0 part of second catalyst, 0.6-1.5 parts of third catalyst, 15-30 parts of flame retardant, 1.5-2.3 parts of chemical foaming agent, 2.0-3.2 parts of additive and 10-16 parts of physical foaming agent; wherein the sum of the usage of the first polyether polyol, the second polyether polyol and the polyester polyol is 100 parts, the polyester polyol is aromatic polyester polyol with a flame-retardant structure, and the additive comprises aliphatic ketone. The application also relates to a thermal insulation material for polyisocyanurate boards, which is prepared from a first component and a second component, wherein the first component is formed by mixing the raw material components of the flame-retardant combined polyether; the second component is polymethylene polyphenyl polyisocyanate. The application also relates to a preparation method of the thermal insulation material for the polyisocyanurate board. |
