titleOfInvention | Shellfish heparin with effect of relieving anticoagulation and preparation method and application thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses shellfish heparin with a function of relieving and resisting blood coagulation and a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: treating raw materials; autolysis; enzymolysis: adding NaOH to adjust the pH value to 7.8-8.2, adding trypsin, performing enzymolysis for 3.5-6.5 h at the temperature of 32-42 ℃, adding HCl to adjust the pH value to 6.8-7.2, adding papain, and performing enzymolysis for 4.5-5.5 h at the temperature of 62-68 ℃ to obtain an enzymolysis liquid; enzyme deactivation and centrifugation; concentrating, precipitating with ethanol; redissolving and deproteinizing; desalting; and (5) drying. The shellfish heparin with the anticoagulation effect is prepared from the sea mussel, the panopea abrupta, the tapes dorsalis, the blood clam and the clams for the first time, the heparin comes from the marine shellfish, the safety is high, the effect is mild, the source of the heparin is widened, the preparation method is simple, the product quality is stable, and the application value of the heparin with low side effect or other products with the anticoagulation effect is good. |
