abstract | The invention belongs to the field of super capacitors, and particularly relates to a preparation method and application of a snowflake-shaped iron oxide nano-structure super capacitor material. Firstly, dissolving water-soluble ferric salt, urea, ammonium fluoride and sodium borohydride in a mixed solvent of ethylene glycol and deionized water; then controlling the heating temperature and the reaction time length by adopting a solvothermal method; and finally, centrifugally washing the obtained precipitate to obtain the super capacitor material with the snowflake-shaped ferric oxide nano structure. Wherein the ferric salt is ferric chloride, ferric nitrate or ferric sulfate and the like. The method has the advantages of low cost, environmental protection, simple operation, convenient post-treatment of the product and easy regulation and control of the size and the shape of the material. Meanwhile, the snowflake iron oxide prepared by the method is an excellent electrode material of the super capacitor, and has high specific capacitance, good rate characteristic and stability. |
