The invention belongs to a one-step hydrothermal method for preparing an indium vanadate/homogeneous heterogeneous yttrium vanadate composite photocatalyst, and adding ammonium metavanadate to distilled water, adding a molar ratio of 1:4 of indium nitrate and cerium nitrate to 2 mol/L. In nitric acid, stir for 3h, then add the indium nitrate cerium nitrate mixed solution into the ammonium metavanadate aqueous solution under stirring. At this time, the suspension is yellow, stir for another 3 hours, adjust the pH of the solution to 3 with ammonia water, and then stir for 30 minutes. The suspension was then added to a Teflon-lined stainless steel autoclave with a filling of about 70% and heated at 150 °C for 24 h. After completion of the reaction, the suspension was washed three times with deionized water and absolute ethanol, and the washed precipitate was dried in a dry box at 50 ° C to obtain an InVO 4 /monoclinic BiVO 4 /tetragonal BiVO 4 composite. This method is simple and easy to perform and repeatable. It can scale up the mass production; it has broad prospects in the preparation and application of low-dimensional nanomaterials. |
