titleOfInvention Preparation and application of nano gold hybrid silica gel and octadecyl mercaptan modified nano gold hybrid silica gel
abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of nano gold hybrid silica gel, wherein gold sol is added in the process of synthesizing silica microspheres, and nano gold hybrid silica microspheres are prepared by in situ hybridization, and the nano gold sol is controlled by The volume ratio of silica sol controls the physical morphology of hybrid silica microspheres, and obtains fully porous nano-gold hybrid silica microspheres with excellent physical structure. As a liquid chromatography column packing, it can be used for reversed phase separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons. Alkylbenzenes, benzenediol isomers, can also be used for hydrophilic chromatography to separate bases and nucleoside compounds. The nano-gold hybrid silica gel was added to a methanol solution of octadecyl mercaptan, and the octadecyl mercaptan was self-assembled onto the surface of the nano-gold hybrid silica gel by the self-assembly property of the Au-S bond to obtain an octadecyl group. The thiol-modified nano-gold hybrid silica gel has a great improvement in the separation ability of the hydrophobic compound polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and alkylbenzenes under reversed phase conditions compared to a single nano-gold hybrid silica filler.
