The invention discloses a chitin nano whisker/hydroxyapatite composite artificial bone material, a preparation method thereof and application thereof in 3D printing. The preparation method compounds the chitin nano crystal whisker and the hydroxyapatite together by a solid phase reaction method; when the prepared composite material has the characteristic of high hydroxyapatite strength, the aim of enhancing the toughness of the biological material by using the whiskers is utilized, and meanwhile, the chitin enables the material to have good bone conduction, bone induction and biocompatibility, and also has the effects of diminishing inflammation, easing pain, resisting coagulation and promoting wound healing; the chitin nano crystal whisker/hydroxyapatite composite artificial bone material is applied to the preparation of artificial bones, and compared with the artificial bones prepared from pure hydroxyapatite materials, the compression strength of the artificial bones is improved by 32.6 percent, and the elastic modulus is reduced by 18.4 percent. |
