titleOfInvention | Nanoparticle for CT/fluorescence bimodal imaging load siRNA, preparation method and application |
abstract | The invention discloses a nanoparticle of CT/fluorescence bimodal imaging load siRNA and a preparation method and application thereof. The carrier component is lipid, the drug component is siRNA, the CT imaging component is gold nanoparticles with the particle size of about 5nm, and the fluorescence imaging component is Cy5 (carbon cyanide dye). The nanoparticles formed by coating siRNA, gold nanoparticles and Cy5 with lipid molecules are prepared by an ethanol dilution method, so that the delivery obstacle of the siRNA serving as a medicinal component in vivo can be effectively overcome, and the gold nanoparticles have no tumor targeting property and a longer CT imaging time window. |
