abstract | The invention discloses a method for preparing stevia rebaudiana polyphenol by using a composite chitosan flocculation method, belonging to the technical field of plant extraction. The invention uses compound chitosan to flocculate and remove impurities from stevia leaf water extract at room temperature, and uses macroporous polar resin to adsorb supernatant; the effluent is used for further extracting stevioside; eluting the resin with alcohol water solutions with different concentrations, mixing the obtained eluate with the eluate before elution to obtain a mixed solution, wherein the total phenol content in the mixed solution is less than 0.5% (on a dry basis), and the mixed solution is reserved for extracting stevioside. And drying the eluent eluted by the high-concentration alcohol water solution to obtain the stevia polyphenol mainly containing isochlorogenic acid. The invention realizes that the stevia polyphenol with high isochlorogenic acid is obtained on the basis of the original stevioside production process, realizes the comprehensive utilization of stevia and improves the economic benefit of enterprises. |
