abstract The invention provides a method for preparing risperidone sustained-release microspheres, which comprises the following steps: (1) weighing a certain amount of PLA, controlling the melting temperature A, and heating to obtain the PLA in a molten state; (2) weighing a certain amount of risperidone powder, and mixing the risperidone powder with PLA in a molten state to obtain a risperidone PLA mixture; (3) controlling the melt extrusion temperature B, and melt extruding the risperidone PLA mixture to obtain a hot melt extrusion material; (4) controlling the crushing temperature C, cooling and crushing the hot-melt extrudate, and sieving to obtain the sustained-release microspheres containing risperidone; washing, centrifuging and freeze-drying to obtain the finished microsphere product.
