The invention relates to a platelet membrane-coated drug-loaded porous nanoparticle and a preparation method thereof. The nanoparticle is modified by chitosan oligosaccharide CS and then loaded with scorpion venom Bufalin, which is then encapsulated by platelet membrane. Preparation methods include: chitosan oligosaccharide modified PLGA preparation, CS-pPLGA/Bu NPs preparation, platelet membrane fragment preparation, PLTM‐CS‐pPLGA/Bu NPs preparation. The method uses CS modified PLGA to prepare nanoparticles with positively charged surface, which is beneficial to adsorb the negatively charged platelet membrane by layer self-assembly and improve its stability. The prepared platelet membrane bionic coated porous nanoparticles It is expected to achieve excellent biocompatibility, low immunogenicity and active targeting of cancer cells. It can actively target chemotherapeutic drugs to tumor cells and improve therapeutic effects. It has good practical value. |
