The invention provides a method for protecting a bone specimen by using a vacuum impregnation technique, which comprises the following steps: the pretreated bone sample is immersed in the working fluid, the pressure is reduced to 5% standard atmospheric pressure, and the bubble is disappeared until the bubble disappears; The bone sample is immersed in the protective liquid until the inner surface and the surface of the bone are initially solidified with a paint film; the treated bone sample is desolventized and dried to obtain a bone specimen. The method of the invention not only has a thin paint film on the surface of the bone specimen, but the paint film is uniform, and the inside and outside of the bone specimen are protected, so as to prolong the service life of the bone specimen and alleviate the shortage of the living body resources. |
