abstract The invention provides a high-survivion method for tissue culture and rapid propagation of American acacia, including explant sterilization, pretreatment, and a seedling step; the explant sterilization is first disinfected with alcohol, and then disinfected with mercury. The pretreatment: the disinfected explants are placed in the pretreatment liquid for 8 hours; the refining seedlings: the tissue culture seedlings are transplanted in the culture medium, coated, and the seedlings are cultured for 33 days. By adopting the method of tissue culture and rapid propagation of the American golden leaf acacia, the survival rate of the plant is increased by 15.5%.
