titleOfInvention | Efficient breeding method of anoectochilus formosanus |
abstract | The invention provides a high-efficiency breeding method of anoectochilus formosanus, which breaks through the traditional breeding method form of the anoectochilus formosanus, and obtains polyploid plants by culturing and screening the chromosome of the anoectochilus formosanus with yellow leaves after doubling; selecting at least one target polyploid plant with yellow leaves from the polyploid plants; carrying out batch cultivation by using a cuttage method; culturing into a plurality of first batch of target seedlings; carrying out a first gold variety optimization stage on a plurality of target polyploid plants, and selecting a plurality of target polyploid plants with yellow leaves as first-stage target seedlings; culturing a plurality of first-stage target seedlings for a period of time, and then carrying out a second gold variety optimization stage to select at least one first-stage target seedling with the yellow-most leaves as a second-stage target seedling; then, a cuttage method is used for mass cultivation. Compared with the prior art, the efficient breeding method of the anoectochilus formosanus can carry out efficient, stable and large-batch breeding on the polyploid goldthread lotus, and improve the yellow property of the goldthread lotus. |
