abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a self-repairing silicon elastomer hybridized and crosslinked by metal coordination bonds and hydrogen bonds. The method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing amino-terminated polymethylvinylsiloxane; (2) chain extension reaction of polymethylvinylsiloxane; (3) synthesizing a small molecule containing an amide group and a terminal sulfydryl; (4) carrying out polymethyl vinyl siloxane grafting reaction; (5) and (3) performing a polymethylvinylsiloxane coordination complex reaction. The invention designs a hydrogen bond and metal coordination bond hybrid cross-linked network structure, and prepares a more stable and efficient self-repairing elastomer by using a simpler synthesis process and method. |
