abstract The invention provides a preparation method of cytarabine hydrochloride, which comprises the following steps: A) performing acylation reaction on cytidine and acetylsalicyloyl chloride to obtain acetylcyclocytidine; B) performing deprotection on the acetylcyclocytidine in a hydrochloric acid methanol solution to obtain hydrochloric acid cyclocytidine; C) and (3) carrying out ring opening on the cytarabine hydrochloride to obtain the cytarabine hydrochloride. The preparation method of cytarabine hydrochloride provided by the invention has the advantages that the raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, substances which are high in toxicity and difficult to remove are avoided, the safety and the environmental protection are realized, and the yield and the purity of the obtained product are high.
