titleOfInvention | Method for catalyzing synthesis of piperazine and triethylenediamine from ethylenediamine under solvent-free conditions |
abstract | The invention provides a method for catalyzing and synthesizing piperazine and triethylenediamine from ethylenediamine under solvent-free conditions. In this case, separate pure ethylenediamine is fed into the reactor and catalytically converted under certain conditions to obtain the desired product. The method of the invention not only obtains piperazine and triethylenediamine in high yield, but also has a concise separation process, lower energy consumption and lower production cost, and can also fundamentally solve the problem of azeotrope and near-boiler in the existing method. Separation challenges and solvent recovery and purification issues. In addition, the method of the present invention increases the production of triethylenediamine by recycling part or all of the product piperazine and by-product N-ethylpiperazine, and while reducing the yield of by-products, piperazine and triethylene are achieved. The flexibility and controllability of the diamine yield further improves the economy and competitiveness of the process route. |
