titleOfInvention A kind of method for synthesizing 1,2-naphthoquinone and derivatives thereof
abstract The present invention provides a method for synthesizing 1,2-naphthoquinone and derivatives thereof. The synthetic method is based on the o-alkynyl chalcone compound represented by the formula (I) as a starting material, ferric chloride or ferric nitrate as a catalyst, and under the condition that diiodine pentoxide is used as an oxidant, in an organic solvent , and react for 0.1-2 h at a temperature of 70 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, and obtain the corresponding target product after separation and purification. The synthesis method of the invention has the characteristics of less harm to the environment, mild reaction conditions, simple operation and the like.
