The invention relates to a sheet-like composite material comprising the following superimposed layers: a) a carrier layer, b) a barrier layer, and c) an inner polymer layer, wherein the sheet-like composite material has a plurality of groove lines , the groove lines are arranged and configured such that a seam is obtained by folding the sheet composite material along the groove lines and connecting the seam areas of the sheet composite material, thereby obtaining an airtight container, wherein the airtight container has a top an area wherein a first portion of the groove lines of the plurality of groove lines at least partially form a circumference of a first partial area of the top area, wherein the groove lines of the first portion have an at least partially convex curvature relative to the first partial area of the top area , wherein the first partial area of the top area has a first length in the longitudinal direction and a second length in the circumferential direction at right angles to the longitudinal direction, wherein the ratio of the first length to the second length is in the range of 0.2-2.0 . The present invention also relates to a method for producing a sheet-like composite material, a container precursor and a closed container, as well as the product of the above method; to another container precursor; to another closed container; and to the use of said sheet-like composite material. |
