titleOfInvention Toothbrush head including two-part cleaning element and method of making the same
abstract The present invention provides a brush head, in particular a toothbrush head comprising a tuft cleaning element and a two-part-(2K)-cleaning element, which can be produced by injection molding. In order to achieve high design flexibility with regard to the arrangement of the 2K-cleaning elements and with regard to the choice of materials, the 2K-cleaning elements can be manufactured individually or in an upstream moulding step. The 2K-cleaning elements together with the bristle tufts can then be overmolded with plastic material to form the brush head or parts thereof.
