titleOfInvention Step-up/step-down type D-type 24-pulse aviation self-coupling transformer rectifier without balance reactor
abstract The invention discloses a step-up/step-down type D-type 24-pulse aviation self-coupling transformer rectifier without a balance reactor, wherein the primary side of each phase of the self-coupling transformer is a long winding with an extension winding and a middle tap or only a long winding with a middle tap, and the secondary side of each phase is four short windings. Two boosting structures and three voltage reducing structures are designed, and the output voltage of the autotransformer is adjusted by 0.545-2.2 times. Through reasonable connection of windings and reasonable design of winding turns, 24 voltage vectors which are equal in amplitude and different in phase by 15 degrees in sequence are transmitted to the following 1 main rectifier bridge and 3 auxiliary rectifier bridges, only two diodes of a rectifier bridge group are enabled to be conducted at the same time, and 24 pulse direct-current voltage can be output without a balance reactor. The invention improves the problem that the output voltage of the 24-pulse autotransformer rectifier without the balance reactor is not adjustable, and realizes the buck-boost adjustment of the output voltage in a wider range by reasonably designing and optimizing the structure of the transformer.
