The invention uses GPR65 protein as a molecular marker for evaluating the prognosis of glioblastoma patients for the first time. Methods The expression level of GPR65 protein in brain glioblastoma tissue was determined, and the prognosis of patients with brain glioblastoma was judged according to the comprehensive score of GPR65 protein relative expression in cytoplasm. The risk of recurrence and the survival time of patients after surgery provide a new approach. |
