abstract | The invention provides a silicon-containing copolymer nano coating and a preparation method thereof, wherein a base material is exposed in a comonomer steam atmosphere, and plasma discharge is utilized to initiate copolymerization on the surface of the base material to generate a chemical vapor deposition reaction so as to form the silicon-containing copolymer nano coating; the comonomer vapor is one or more of vaporized comonomer 1, and one or more of comonomer 2; or a mixture of two comonomers. The coating prepared by the method has excellent high and low temperature resistance, and can still keep good performance even in the environment of high and low temperature sharp transition. |
