titleOfInvention Sterility inspection method of azithromycin eye drops
abstract The invention provides a sterility test method of azithromycin eye drops, which relates to the technical field of test methods for sterility test of pharmaceutical preparations and comprises the following steps: taking a plurality of samples, disinfecting the outer surfaces of the samples by using a disinfectant, aseptically transferring the samples to a sterilized container, diluting, precipitating polycarbophil by using a precipitator, filtering and washing by using medium-speed qualitative filter paper, cutting the medium-speed qualitative filter paper into 3 equal parts after filtering, and respectively putting the 3 equal parts into a culture medium for culture; collecting all filtrate passing through medium-speed qualitative filter paper with sterile bottle, performing membrane filtration method, and culturing. The method comprises the steps of carrying out precipitation filtration on the high molecular polymer polycarbophil in a sample by using a precipitator, washing a precipitate and filtrate respectively, culturing and observing, and judging whether the sample is sterile or not. The invention has the advantages of simple and feasible operation, greatly saved inspection cost and the like.
