The method comprises the steps of carrying out precipitation filtration on the high molecular polymer polycarbophil in a sample by using a precipitator, washing a precipitate and filtrate respectively, culturing and observing, and judging whether the sample is sterile or not. The invention has the advantages of simple and feasible operation, greatly saved inspection cost and the like. |
