abstract The invention relates to a high-hardness wear-resistant anti-fouling inorganic nano ceramic modified wood coating which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 50-70% of water-based inorganic nano ceramic modified emulsion, 1-20% of pigment, 1-30% of filler, 0.1-0.5% of wetting agent, 0.1-0.5% of defoaming agent, 0.1-2% of non-stick flatting agent, 1-3% of thickening agent and the balance of water; the preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, mixing one or more silanes with a surfactant uniformly until the surfactant is completely and uniformly dispersed in a silane system to form an opaque silane mixed liquid; then preparing a mixed liquid of acrylic emulsion and silica sol; then preparing aqueous inorganic nano ceramic modified emulsion of milky opaque low-viscosity liquid; finally, the inorganic nano ceramic modified wood coating with high hardness, wear resistance and anti-fouling is prepared after the inorganic nano ceramic modified wood coating is uniformly dispersed and stirred with pigment, filler, wetting dispersant, non-stick flatting agent, thickening agent and water. The coating has the advantages of high hardness, wear resistance, stain resistance, high crosslinking density and compactness.
