abstract | The invention provides a preparation method of a magnesium hydroxide flame retardant wrapped by a metal organic framework, which comprises the following steps: adding phosphate tailings into water, stirring, then adding a sulfuric acid solution, and filtering after the reaction is finished to obtain a first filtrate; dropwise adding hydrogen peroxide into the first filtrate, then dropwise adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value of the first filtrate for reaction, and filtering after the reaction is finished to obtain a second filtrate; adding a surfactant into the second filtrate, then dropwise adding ammonia water to adjust the pH value of the second filtrate for reaction, and after the reaction is finished, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain magnesium hydroxide; mixing dimethyl imidazole, metal nitrate and magnesium hydroxide with water or an organic solvent respectively to obtain a dimethyl imidazole solution, a metal nitrate solution and a magnesium hydroxide dispersion solution; mixing and stirring the dimethyl imidazole solution and the magnesium hydroxide dispersion solution, adding a metal nitrate solution, stirring, reacting, centrifuging, washing and drying to obtain the metal organic framework coated magnesium hydroxide flame retardant. |
