abstract | The invention relates to a synthesis method of a polyethylene glycol mono-anisole compound, which comprises the following steps: step S1, adding an organic solvent into the reactor, adding a mixed alkali formed by fixed matching and mixing, closing the reactor, and treating the reactor to enable the reactor to be in an anhydrous and oxygen-free environment; step S2, opening a feed valve, adding 2-benzyloxy ethanol, stirring, setting the temperature to be 20-70 ℃, and reacting for 1-12 hours; step S3, turning off stirring and heating, cooling the reactor to below-15 ℃ by using liquid nitrogen, and continuously treating the reactor to ensure anhydrous and anaerobic operation; step S4, opening a feed valve, adding ethylene oxide, setting the temperature to be 30-70 ℃, and reacting for 36-72 h; and step S5, after the reaction time is up, carrying out post-treatment on the product obtained in the step S4 to obtain a pure polyethylene glycol mono-anisole compound. The method not only can make the reaction mild, reduce the operation risk, realize the industrial production, but also can improve the product yield. |
