abstract | The invention discloses a method for recycling chromium of a byproduct chromium-containing ferric oxide powder in a sodium bichromate wet process, which comprises the following steps: (1) drying a byproduct of chromium-containing iron oxide powder in a sodium bichromate wet process and a byproduct of sodium bicarbonate in a sodium bichromate preparation process by a carbonization method by using a dryer; (2) conveying the dried chromium-containing iron oxide powder and sodium bicarbonate to a mixer through a conveyor to be mixed to obtain uniformly mixed raw materials; (3) starting the calcining equipment, controlling the temperature, adjusting the rotating speed of the kiln body and the air volume in the kiln, and conveying the uniformly mixed raw materials to a feeding hopper of the calcining equipment through a hoister; (4) after the temperature of the calcining equipment reaches a certain temperature, starting a feeding screw of the calcining equipment to start feeding, and controlling the retention time of raw materials by adjusting the rotating speed of a kiln body; (5) and leaching the calcined clinker by a leaching tank, and filtering by a filtering device to obtain sodium chromate alkaline solution and ferric oxide powder. The invention improves the purity of the ferric oxide powder and the added value of the ferric oxide powder while realizing the recovery of chromium resources. |
