titleOfInvention Method for improving bulk and aroma components of reconstituted tobacco
abstract The invention discloses a method for improving the bulk and aroma components of paper-making reconstituted tobacco, which comprises the steps of crushing or granulating raw materials processed by an expansion process into expanded particles; extracting tobacco raw materials, carrying out solid-liquid separation, and preparing the solid part into tobacco pulp according to a pulping process; adding the expanded particles into the mixture of the tobacco pulp and the cellulose fiber at a specific position to make paper base; and (4) continuously coating, drying and flaking the paper base according to the conventional procedures of the reconstituted tobacco to obtain a reconstituted tobacco finished product. The weight ratio of the tobacco pulp, the cellulose fiber and the expansion particles is 55-88:10-25:2-20, the specific raw materials are mainly derived from tobacco, and comprise all common raw materials for tobacco processing and recycled waste materials, and part of plant tissues which can be treated by an expansion process can also be used. The method can effectively improve the bulk of the reconstituted tobacco substrate, improve the aroma components and finally improve the quality of the reconstituted tobacco.
