abstract The invention discloses a mildew-proof halogen-free flame-retardant bamboo-plastic composite material and a preparation method thereof. It is a flame retardant, and camphor wood powder is added as an antifungal agent, and a bamboo-plastic composite material is prepared by a two-step melt extrusion process. Due to the reasonable distribution of phase morphology and structure inside the material due to secondary melt shearing, the bamboo-plastic composite material exhibits excellent impact resistance. Moreover, the invention can effectively reduce environmental pollution, protect forest resources while realizing the recycling and reuse of polyester optical film scraps, and provide a sustainable development approach for building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society in my country.
