The present invention relates to dairy products and methods for their preparation. The dairy product comprises 800-960 parts by weight of milk or reconstituted milk, 5-40 parts by weight of cocoa powder, 0-100 parts by weight of sweet substances, 0-15 parts by weight of chocolate, and 0-1.5 parts by weight of essence. The dairy product is delicate and silky, with small cocoa particle size distribution, good taste and taste, good storage stability under normal temperature conditions, and is not prone to protein denaturation, fat floating, viscosity reduction, and aroma weakening. |
