abstract The invention provides a hierarchical porous cobalt oxide nanosphere/graphene composite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, adding graphene oxide into water to obtain a graphene oxide solution; step 2, adding soluble divalent cobalt salt and a slow release agent into the graphene oxide solution, and reacting at 70-150 ℃ to obtain a cobalt oxide nanosphere/graphene composite material; and 3, calcining the cobalt oxide nanosphere/graphene composite material in an inert atmosphere at the temperature of 250-500 ℃ to obtain the graded porous cobalt oxide nanosphere/graphene composite material. The preparation method realizes the preparation of the graded porous cobalt oxide nanosphere/graphene composite material, the prepared cobalt oxide has a graded porous spherical structure, the utilization rate of the material can be effectively improved, and the electrochemical performance of the material can be exerted to the maximum extent.
