abstract The invention discloses a method for detecting chemical resistance of a paint film in a baking process, which comprises the following steps: pretreating a test board, taking a coating to be measured, coating the coating on the test board according to a coating process, dividing the coated test board into two parts, putting one part into a container containing acidic gas or alkaline gas, measuring the pH value of the container, and sealing the container; and putting the other part into a container which is not filled with any medium, measuring the pH value of the container, sealing the container, baking the two containers according to the baking or curing condition of the coating, cooling to room temperature, taking out a test plate, visually observing the appearance and color difference of the paint film, measuring the performance, and carrying out comparative analysis on data by taking the test plate which is put into the container which is not filled with any medium as a reference to obtain the chemical resistance of the paint film of the coating in the baking process. The method can accurately test the acid and alkali gas corrosion resistance under the wet film of the coating, and effectively predict potential risks.
