abstract | The invention provides a food freshness indication electrospun nanofiber membrane and a preparation method thereof, and the preparation method comprises the following steps: step S1, preparing the anthocyanin lipidosome by an ethanol injection method; step S2, modifying the surface of the anthocyanin lipidosome with chitosan; and step S3, preparing the electrospun nanofiber membrane with the freshness indication by using an electrostatic spinning technology. The invention provides a method for wrapping anthocyanin with an indication function by using an ethanol injection method to obtain liposome, modifying the liposome by using safe and nontoxic chitosan to obtain a pH indication anthocyanin liposome with more excellent stability, assembling the indication anthocyanin liposome on an electrospun nanofiber membrane by using an electrostatic spinning technology to obtain a freshness indication electrospun nanofiber membrane, generating obvious color change according to the putrescence gas effect generated by freshness change in the process of food transportation and storage, establishing a PCA model according to the change of RGB (red, green and blue) values, effectively distinguishing foods with different freshness, and being used as a novel nontoxic freshness indication intelligent packaging material. |
