The invention also discloses the application of the monoclonal antibody and the development of a detection kit thereof, and the antihuman CD83 monoclonal antibody can be used for immunological experiments such as immunoblotting, immunoprecipitation, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry and the like, can be used for quantitative and qualitative detection of CD83 or sCD83 in human serum, human histiocytes, human tissue specimens, human secretion and human cell culture, and can also be used for activation or inhibition of human histiocyte expressing CD83 and antagonism and blocking of CD 83. |
