A kind of method for Ag+-short-chain polyol coupling extraction and separation of methyl linolenic acid |
abstract |
The invention provides a method for Ag + - short-chain polyol coupling extraction and separation of methyl linolenic acid. Pure methyl linoleate product. The innovation of the present invention is that the extraction agent used in the extraction process is Ag + - short-chain polyol mixed solution, which is different from the extraction agent used in the existing silver ion complex extraction. The method has the advantages that: the method is simple to operate and can be carried out at normal temperature and pressure; the cost of short-chain polyol is low; the silver ion complex method has high extraction selectivity for methyl linolenic acid, and the used back-extracting agent has strong back-extraction ability, After 1-stage extraction, 2-stage washing and 3-stage back-extraction, a methyl linolenic acid product with a purity of 97.03% can be obtained, and the yield of methyl linolenic acid is 75.18%. |
