abstract The invention provides a nerve injury part filling material which comprises aminated bletilla striata polysaccharide-glyceraldehyde gel, heparin-poloxamer gel encapsulating heparin high-affinity cytokines and a nerve acellular matrix, and the mechanical strength and the degradation speed of the nerve injury part filling material are controlled by changing the component proportion. The nerve injury part filling material overcomes the defect of high immunogenicity in the prior art, provides a novel nerve injury part filling material which has low immunogenicity and multiple functions of nerve conduction, nerve induction, nerve generation and mechanical support, provides an optimal physicochemical and biological microenvironment for nerve regeneration, effectively guides the directional growth of nerve axons, has good mechanical properties, and realizes the rapid repair of the nerve injury part.
