abstract The invention discloses a selenium-enriched and high-efficiency livestock and poultry intestinal ecological regulator and a preparation method thereof. The ecological regulator is composed of low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan and selenium-enriched zeolite. The chitosan is modified to obtain carboxymethyl chitosan, and then oxidized to obtain the low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan. The weight ratio of the low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan and the selenium-enriched zeolite in the ecological regulator is 1:10-100. After the invention converts chitosan into low molecular weight carboxymethyl chitosan, the survival rate of livestock and poultry can be improved, the absorption of selenium element in the small intestine can be promoted, and its bioavailability can be improved.
