abstract The invention discloses a bone specimen degreasing method. The method comprises the following steps: s1, punching holes at two ends of a bone after fleshing treatment, soaking the bone in 10-15% of degreasing agent for 45-50 h, and then flushing impurities floating on the surface of the bone with a pressure water gun; s2, placing the skeleton into a methylal-acetone mixed solution, sealing until the skeleton is degreased and clean, and the skeleton cannot be seen yellow by naked eyes; and S3, flushing grease on the surface of the skeleton by using a pressure water gun, soaking in water containing 5-10% of a degreasing agent for 2-3 h, and cleaning. The invention greatly shortens the degreasing time of the bone specimen, ensures that the degreased bone is clean and complete, avoids the damage of the bone, has simple degreasing method, better and more thorough degreasing effect and short degreasing time, reduces the specimen preparation time to a certain extent, improves the preparation efficiency and has huge application potential.
