In the perovskite material of the present invention, the molecular formula of the perovskite is ABX 3 , wherein the A is selected from C 1-x-y E x F y , the C is selected from MA and/or FA, and the E is selected from From DMA, the F is selected from one or more of Cs, Rb and K, the B is selected from Pb and/or Sn, and the X is selected from one or more of I, Br and Cl. The perovskite material of the invention has good stability under atmospheric conditions, simple preparation process, convenient operation, and has the characteristics of large-scale production.
