abstract | The invention discloses a step-by-step anhydrous dyeing method for dyeing and fixing color on cotton fabrics with high blackness. The method includes placing cotton fabrics in an anhydrous dyeing bath for dyeing; the anhydrous dyeing bath is made of reactive dyes dissolved in anhydrous dyes. Solvent obtained; anhydrous solvent is composed of ethylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and aprotic polar solvent. The method includes further adding an organic base to the anhydrous dyebath before the temperature rise begins. The method includes further adding a color-fixing base mainly comprising an organic base to the anhydrous dyebath after reaching the target temperature. The anhydrous dyeing method can solve the problems of waste water discharge caused by water bath dyeing, improve the blackness of black cotton fabrics, etc., and can provide a higher color fixation rate than the prior art, and can improve the dye fastness of anhydrous dyeing. |
