titleOfInvention | A method for preparing reducing sugar using tobacco rods as biorefinery raw materials |
abstract | The invention provides a method for preparing reducing sugar by using tobacco rods as biorefinery raw materials. Specifically, the pretreatment method is to take the fresh tobacco stems after removing the tobacco leaves, dry them, chop them into pieces, and add a NaOH solution with a concentration of 0.2% to 5% according to a solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:5-1:30; The solid-liquid mixture is treated in a water bath at 80°C to 90°C for 30min to 120min, washed and filtered to neutrality, and the treated fibrous residue is collected and dried at 50 to 60°C to obtain the pretreated tobacco rod raw material. , then add 10-30% by weight of cellulase and sodium acetate buffer solution with a pH of 4.8 and a concentration of 50 mmol/L, mix them evenly in a water bath, and then centrifuge to collect the supernatant and filter to obtain a reducing sugar solution. In the method of the present invention, the yield of reducing sugar can reach 345.06 mg/g, which is 165.74% higher than that of untreated tobacco rods, and the utilization rate of tobacco rods is greatly improved. |
