The present invention provides a kind of ablation needle assemblies and ablation system.The ablation needle assemblies include outer tube and ablation needle, and outer tube is movably set in outside the electrode needle body of ablation needle, and are connect with melting handle detachably and rotating.After completing ablation operation, outer tube and ablation needle can be dismantled, outer tube is still remained in tissue, provided channel for other operation such as biopsies, avoid repeated puncture, reduce the damage to tissue.Further, in the present invention, limiting unit is set on electrode needle body or outer tube, to limit the ablation direction of ablation needle.When the ablation of application ablation needle assemblies progress HCM, enables to the ablation direction of ablation needle to avoid the thickness direction of interventricular septum, penetrate so that ablation needle be avoided to melt on the thickness direction of interventricular septum to the internal membrane of heart. |
