abstract |
The invention discloses a perovskite solar cell without a transparent electrode. Several topological structure units are arranged on the material active layer; each topological structure unit includes an n-type conductive material layer, a current blocking layer and a p-type conductive material layer which are arranged in sequence. The invention no longer uses transparent electrodes, reduces cost and improves production efficiency; obtains higher light capture and higher photocurrent; reduces the series resistance of the battery to increase the battery open voltage, thereby improving the performance of the battery. |
